Salsa Dancing, what a great video! This lady is 75 years old
During the month of February, I asked my Seniors Students at Sun City to elaborate on this subject. My youngest person is 55, my most mature one is 91. I am inspire by their will to exercise and what keeps me motivated to teach to them, is that they come back every week consistently and leave class with a smile
on their faces.

- Control slightly elevated blood pressure, keep core strong to prevent back problem. Good balance to prevent falling. In the process if I can loose some fat from the midsection -- Great!
- To strengthen bons and muscle. To be able to retain balance as I grow older. To look and feel better.
- To be as healthy as possible with few doctor's visits and to eat at buffets without guilt or weight gain!

Not a burden to anyone.
- Prevention: exercise can not stop the aging process but it certainly appears to protect agains some of the disease of aging normaly - heart disease and cancer. My sister died of vascular Alzheimer caused by untreated diabetes so this is my biggest concern
- Motivation emanates from my holistic Fitness instructor who invigorates the class with conviality as a desire to maintain optimal health. My goals are to maintain an excellent level of HDL, homocystein, cr reactive proteins in a healthy range. In addition, to desplaying an exceptional "Booty"!!!!
